Every plan includes the complete system - the tailored business page, digital touchpoints (links and downloadable QR codes), the routing between a Google review and private feedback, and the measurement behind it. The plans differ in how many scan points you get, in branding, in service level and in how many branches they cover. Monthly and annual list prices are shown for comparison. Billing arrangements are confirmed in a tailored quote.

Physical touchpoints, including NFC tags, cards and stands, are not included in international list prices. Any physical requirements are discussed separately and are subject to availability and an individual quote.
A touchpoint is any link, QR or NFC with its own measurable source. Copies of the same QR that share one source count as one touchpoint.
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Qualifying exports of services may be subject to 0% Israeli VAT under applicable law. Any VAT or other taxes applicable to your business will be confirmed before billing. Taxes may also apply in your country.
How billing works
USD prices are provided for businesses outside Israel. Online USD checkout and self-service USD subscriptions are not available yet. Contact our team to request a tailored quote. Billing arrangements, currency, and applicable taxes are confirmed with you before any agreement or charge.
Why pay monthly when a QR code is free and a card is one-time?
Honest answer first: if all your business needs is a link that opens Google, you do not need a paid system. Google Business Profile hands out a review link for free, and a bare NFC card can be bought once. We say the same thing on our QR guide and our NFC guide.
The subscription pays for everything the bare link cannot do - what happens after the scan:
- Measurement. Every scan is counted: how many opened the page, how many continued, how many went to Google and how many dropped off midway.
- Source identification. Each digital source - and each physical point, when you order one separately - is counted on its own, so you see which spot works and which one just takes up room.
- Private feedback. A channel where an unhappy customer can tell you directly what went wrong - before it becomes a public review.
- Reports. A monthly report with your numbers, available for any period back.
- Management and updates. Your page, services and links are maintained by us and updated remotely - the code on the counter never needs reprinting.
None of this changes the rules of review collection: in every plan the Google link stays open to every customer, no incentive is ever offered, and no screen asks for a specific rating. How that flow works end to end is described in the guide to Google reviews for businesses.
Questions about the price
Why does RevYou cost monthly when an NFC card can be bought once?
Because a card is a link and RevYou is a system. A one-time card opens Google - and that is all it will ever do. The subscription pays for what happens after the scan: a tailored business page that is maintained and updated remotely, per-spot source identification, measurement of scans and continuation, a private feedback channel and monthly reports. If a bare link is all you need, a simple card is enough - and we say so plainly.
Is there a setup fee or an annual commitment?
No. There is no setup fee, and monthly billing has no minimum term. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the service continues until then. Annual billing terms, including cancellation and refunds, are stated in your quote before you agree to anything.
Do the prices include VAT or other taxes?
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Qualifying exports of services may be subject to 0% Israeli VAT under applicable law. Any VAT or other taxes applicable to your business will be confirmed before billing. Taxes may also apply in your country. RevYou Essential is $49 per month (or $39/month equivalent billed annually, $468 a year), RevYou Business is $79 per month (or $65/month equivalent billed annually, $780 a year), and RevYou Enterprise starts from $229 per month, by individual quote.

Additional Business location: $39/month per location, including 3 additional users. Additional locations are billed monthly, with no annual discount and no hardware included.
